Blueberry jam

The blueberries in this jam are from the Jeseníky, where they ripen gradually from the lowlands up to the ridges. They have that typical, very strong fruity flavour. Blueberry jam is a real delicacy, best with bread and butter. And also when it’s mixed in with homemade thick yoghurt. On, and when a drop falls on your clothes or carpet, the stain is hard to get out – quality is quality, after all.
