We’re probably the only firm in the Czech Republic that makes sterilised freshwater fish specialties. These are culinary recipes that involve some very demanding processes.
We take our trout from two small trout farms nearby; the ponds are fed from the crystal-clear waters of the Jeseníky streams.
Our carp come from the fishpond regions of Třeboň and Pálava. You don’t have to worry about any prickly bones, as they’re soft, just like in sterilised sea fish products.
